100% Weber Blue agave grown and hand-picked
100% Weber Blue agave grown and hand-picked in Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco, México, aged from 6 to 8 months in white American oak ex-Bourbon small casks. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, fermented using organic yeast, crushed using the 500 years old Tahona Stone method and roller mill before being distilled in copper pot stills. Perfect neat and in crafted cocktails.
Sweet citrus skins, oranges and grapefruits with a raw earth agave in the blend, slight hints of white pepper.
Still on the brighter, zestier side of tequila Altos Reposado offers a round, smooth start of candied orange, some vanilla and burnt sugar, quickly turning a little more vegetal with grassy cooked agave and oak.
A long finish of smoked pepper and a little toffee.
